It’s so common. When your target completely disappears, there’s a pretty good chance they are behind bars. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say, “I couldn’t find him anywhere. I checked all my usual searches, I even checked utility records and social media…and then I checked the arrest records.”

But no one has time to go county-by-county to look at all the records. Are they even in that area anymore? You could be looking in Volusia County Florida, but they’re now in Tarrant County Texas. And maybe you checked the county website yesterday…and the day before…and the day before… and you haven’t had a chance to check again today, but (spoiler alert) he’s there. Plus, it isn’t just county records to check – what about Department of Corrections? What about city records?
